Steps to CARES Project Admittance:

  • Submit the CARES Project Program Application below.

  • Submit the $50 application fee to begin processing at https://paypal.me/caresproject (Place the applicant’s name in the “add a note” box).

  • Once you’ve been contacted that your application has been processed, we will schedule your Skype interview.

  • Within one week of the Skype interview, you will receive a notice of your acceptance status. Since admission is rolling until spaces are filled, accepted students are required to submit the 30% deposit within 10 days of acceptance notice to hold your place in the program. You will then receive the Preparation Guide to plan your trip!
